After intense legal battles with Blockberry Creative (BBC), Chuu has found a new home with the startup agency ATRP!
ATRP is a new agency started by CEO Kim Jin Mi. Kim was formerly the general director at WM Entertainment, the company behind B1A4 and Oh My Girl.
“We are very happy to welcome Chuu as our agency’s first artist,” an ATRP representative said. “We will give full support so that Chuu, who has unlimited potential, can fully display her talent as an artist and continue her activities enjoyably and happily. Please show lots of support and interest for Chuu who is taking a new leap.”

Chuu originally debuted with LOONA in 2017. While in LOONA and even during her suit for contract nullification, Chuu’s been active as a singer, variety show personality, and has been a dominant force in CVs and pictorials. After BBC expelled Chuu from LOONA for “violent language and misuse of power,” the company tried to bar her and other LOONA members from the entertainment industry.
In 2022, it was rumored that Chuu was signing with BY4M Studio, another new entertainment industry. However, BY4M Studio owns over 75 percent of ATRP.
Good luck to Chuu on her new beginnings!
