On March 21, 2020, Fly to the Sky’s Hwanhee was caught by police for allegedly driving under the influence in the Bojeon neighborhood of Giheung, Yongin. While driving, Hwanee purportedly caused minor damage to another vehicle. According to the Gyeonggi Yongin Southern Provincial Police Agency, Hwanhee had a Blood Alcohol Content level (BAC) of 0.061 percent when he was caught.
